Visit of Commissioner Piebalgs
 Commissioner for Energy Andris Piebalgs will be in Australia from 17 to 20 May to meet with Australian Government ministers and to sign the Memorandum of Understanding defining the European Commission's role as a founding member of the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute. He will present a lecture at the Australian National University "Energy Security and Climate Change in Europe" on 19 May (download flyer).
