Neesha Anderson is a young woman from Tuggeranong who has updated her knowledge of the EU, as she was unaware that the European Commission had a Delegation in Canberra until she entered the draw for the Balloon prize.
Entry into the competition took the form of a survey which asked brief questions on the entrant's knowledge and perceptions of the EU.
The winner of the Balloon Prize for the European Film Festival will be announced shortly.
